Are your diamonds and gemstones natural?
Yes. We focus on natural diamonds and natural gemstones. You'll find the details of each stone clearly listed on the product page.
Is your jewelry real 18K gold?
Yes. Our pieces are made with solid 18K gold. The gold colour and other details are included in each product description.
Does the jewelry come with a certificate?
Where applicable, yes. If a piece has a laboratory certificate, you'll see the certification details on the product page and the certificate will come with your jewelry.
What's the difference between Ready to Ship and Made to Order?
Ready-to-Ship pieces are already available and can reach you sooner. Made-to-Order pieces are prepared especially after you place your order.
How long will my order take?
Ready-to-Ship pieces usually arrive within around 5 business days. Made-to-Order pieces take approximately 2 weeks, depending on the piece and your location.
Can I choose or customize my ring size?
Yes, for selected pieces. If sizing can be customized, you'll see the available options on the product page.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. We deliver to available international destinations. Shipping costs will depend on your order value and destination.
Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?
For international orders, your country may charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return my jewelry?
Eligible pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they meet our return conditions. Made-to-order, customized, resized, or engraved pieces may not be eligible for return.
How can I track my order?
Once your jewelry is on its way, we'll send your air waybill (AWB) and tracking details through WhatsApp, so you can easily follow your delivery.
