United Arab Emirates
Complimentary delivery across all emirates, with no minimum purchase required.
International
Complimentary shipping on orders of USD 1,500 or more, to available destinations. Shipping charges apply to orders below USD 1,500 and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from the shipping fee. We do not ship to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Delivery times
- Ready to Ship pieces, UAE — next-day delivery for available items.
- Ready to Ship pieces, international — approximately 5 business days, depending on the destination.
- Made to Order pieces — approximately 2 weeks, depending on the piece and the destination.
International delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance or circumstances outside our courier's control.
Order cut-off and processing
Order cut-off is 2:00 PM UAE time on business days. Ready to Ship pieces are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Made to Order pieces require approximately 2 weeks for production and delivery, depending on the piece and destination. Orders placed after the cut-off time, at weekends, or on UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, your air waybill (AWB) and tracking details will be sent to you on WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery.
Receiving your order
Please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel at the delivery address. If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will contact you to arrange a new attempt. Please check the parcel on arrival and tell us within 7 days if anything is damaged or missing (see our Refund and Return Policy).
