1. Who we are

This website is operated by Ceyreal Jewelry Trading - FZCO, a free zone company licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (IFZA), licence number 91031, with its registered office at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy and Payment and Security page, which together form the agreement between you and Ceyreal Jewelry Trading - FZCO. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Eligibility

Customers who are minors, under the age of 18, shall not register as a user of this website and shall not transact on or use the website. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and hold a valid payment method.

4. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately on WhatsApp +971 58 548 9778 if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

5. Products and made-to-order pieces

Every piece is made with the materials stated on its product page, including 18K gold, natural diamonds and natural gemstones where applicable. Natural stones vary slightly in colour and inclusions, and small differences from the photographs are part of their character. Ready to Ship pieces are available for dispatch; Made to Order pieces are crafted after you place your order and take approximately two weeks.

6. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are displayed in AED for customers in the United Arab Emirates and in USD for international customers, depending on your location and the currency you select on the website. Ceyreal Jewelry Trading - FZCO is not registered for VAT in the United Arab Emirates. Prices shown do not include VAT and no VAT is charged on your order.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the price and are your responsibility. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if the correct price of a piece is higher than the price shown at the time of your order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

7. Orders, acceptance and cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch, or, for Made to Order pieces, when we confirm that production has started. Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. For made-to-order, customised, resized or engraved pieces, cancellation is only possible before production has started; once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp +971 58 548 9778.

Ceyreal Jewelry Trading - FZCO reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of payment issues, pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling it. Any payment received for an order cancelled by us will be refunded through the original mode of payment.

8. Payment

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards in AED and USD, and cash on delivery where offered. Please read our Payment and Security page for the full payment terms, including the statements required by our payment provider.

9. Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Returns, refunds and our warranty are set out in our Refund and Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Ceyreal name, logo, designs, photographs and all content on this website belong to Ceyreal Jewelry Trading - FZCO or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

11. Website use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any data it holds. We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time for maintenance or security.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, including liability under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Subject to that, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

13. Sanctions

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries, in line with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

14. Governing law and disputes

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website or any purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to refer a complaint to the competent UAE consumer protection authority.
